This does not mean the hotel stands at the 3,200-metre summit, and it does not guarantee ski-in/ski-out access every day. Snow, wind, maintenance and lift operations can change the usable route. The defensible advantage is that the property is integrated into the ski-centre context and associated with a named piste area. Other Palandoken hotels may also have strong access; their current route should be checked by the same method.

Do not confuse Dedeman Palandoken with Ski Lodge
Dedeman Palandoken and Dedeman Palandoken Ski Lodge are separate properties. Dedeman lists them on different official pages. Ski Lodge's official description says it is 30 metres from the pistes; that specific distance belongs to Ski Lodge and should not be copied onto the main hotel's description. This distinction is essential when comparing rooms, pins, transfers and slope access.
Before paying, read the full property name on the booking page, open its map pin and ask the hotel to describe the route from its ski storage area to the snow. A search result or shortened hotel name is not enough.
